Shaw, Howard Marks, Jason Marriner, Ray Winstone, Tel Currie, Joe
Longthorne, Doctor and the Medics, The Swellbellies, DJ Kate Lawler

Tuesday 21st November : For the boxing community there are some cracking pub signings that
are always supported with plenty of boxing champions making their
appearances and these are happening firstly down in North Woolwich
with Dave 'Boy' Green the Fen Tiger at The California Pub, 12 Albert
Road, North Woolwich, London E16 2NQ from 7.30pm free entry ... and
if you get there early enough you might just catch the strippers
performing from the lunch-time overspill session. Some good
characters in this pub is all I can say.
Tuesday 28th November : Next up is boxing champions Big Joe Egan and Steve Collins as Joe
has his bestseller out in paperback and this will be launched at The
Chequers, Anstey, Herts SG9 0BW from 8pm free entry. The Chequers is
a lovely friendly country pub restaurant in middle of nowhere that
is popular with quite a few people I know.
Wednesday 29th November: Finally a night of a host of boxing legends as Charlie Magri invites
both Big Joe Egan and Dave 'Boy' Green to launch their books in an
East End night with many champions such as Alan Minter, Ross Minter,
Colin Dunne, Jimmy Mac, Steve Collins, etc. This will be at Charlies
pub, The Victoria, 110 Grove Road, Mile End, London E3 5TH from 8pm
entry is free.
Saturday 30th Sept:
Book signing 2pm at Borders, Becton E16 again Brian Belton will be
signing two great new West Ham books in a Hammers author's blitz that
will include myself and Bill Gardner.
Sunday 10th Sept:
Book signing - 2pm at Newham Bookshop, 747 Barking Rd, E13 near Boleyn
pub before Villa home game. Author Brian Belton launches two new West
Ham books and one has a foreword done by Kriss Akabusi who is expected
to guest, as is Bill Gardner who now has his book out in paperback.
